  Re: Company System Outage - Update  
  On November 1st, you were notified that we experienced a “Company System Outage” that affected our ability to process new business. We promised to keep you informed on our progress in fixing the problem and processing submitted business.
  1. Commissions have been paid on all processed electronic applications in our new business system.
  2. We are working on fixing the “gaps” on submitted new business that is preventing viewing the application on line.
  3. All weekly commission cycles should be back to normal this week to include missed applications from last week.
  Our top priority is to have 100% of submitted business processed this week.
